ALSOUL Clothing Co. ships to anywhere in the United States. All orders are packed using a combination of any of the following:
-100% recycled tissue paper
-100% recycled boxes made from 95% post-consumer content that are fully recyclable/biodegradable
-100% recycled LPDE polyethylene
-100% certified sustainably sourced virgin paper fiber
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. All orders placed will ship within 1-4 business days. Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within the following days:
USPS First Class: 2-3 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Business Days
Return Policy
Our intention is to ensure ALSOUL Clothing brings you happiness. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue you a refund subject to our terms and conditions stated below.
-All items that you wish to return must be in new/original condition (i.e. have not been worn, washed or damaged) with all hangtags still attached.
-All sale items are final and are therefore not eligible for a refund.
-All items must be returned to us within 14 days from the time your order was received.
-If you need to return an item(s), please email us at support@alsoulclothing.com with your order number and details regarding your request to return. We will respond within 1-3 business days with a Return Authorization #. After you have received your RA#, please state it on your packing slip and mail your items in their original packaging to the below address.

-You are responsible for any shipping fees incurred for your return items. These will not be reimbursed by ALSOUL Clothing Co. and we are not responsible for your goods while in transit back to us. We recommend that you mail your return via USPS, as this is how your order is originally shipped to you.
-Refunds will be processed by ALSOUL Clothing Co. within 48 hours of receiving the returned items after they have been checked and confirmed to be in new condition. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for your bank to process our refund request.
